About MMG Consultants
MMG Consultants provides independent, objective advisory services dedicated to strategic mandates in water treatment. Specialized in complex, high-value projects, we deliver rigorous, clear, and directly actionable recommendations.
We intervene primarily when challenges exceed standard analyses: performance failures, critical technology selection, or major investment decisions. As independent experts, we offer technical and strategic judgement that gives decision-makers confidence — whether in the context of specialized diagnostics, litigation, or decision support.
Drawing exclusively on senior expertise, our team ensures direct and committed involvement with every client. Our engineers are members in good standing of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec (OIQ) and Engineers and Geoscientists British Columbia (EGBC).
Our Founder
MMG Consultants was founded by Majdala Mansour-Geoffrion, P.Eng., MScA, PhD, a wastewater treatment engineer with nearly 20 years of experience in the field.
She has contributed to several large-scale municipal wastewater projects across Canada — ranging from hundreds of millions to several billion dollars — as well as numerous industrial mandates involving a wide variety of industrial effluents: dairy processing, milling, meat and vegetable processing, confectionery, pharmaceuticals, and landfill leachate, including the treatment of contaminants of emerging concern, among them PFAS.
Committed to knowledge transfer and professional development, Dr. Mansour-Geoffrion has served as a lecturer at Polytechnique Montréal, where she taught graduate-level courses Design of Wastewater Treatment Plants and Biological Wastewater Treatment.
